Technical Info
Product Overview
The Brass Pressure Reducing Valve is an automatic regulating valve for pipeline systems. It controls and stabilizes fluid pressure to protect downstream equipment from over-pressure damage, maintaining a constant outlet pressure for safe and efficient operation.
Working Principle
The valve contains a spring, diaphragm, and valve core. When inlet pressure increases, the diaphragm pushes the valve core to close, reducing flow and limiting outlet pressure. When inlet pressure decreases, the spring opens the valve core to maintain preset outlet pressure. This process is automatic and continuous.
